This is my story (so far)...
I began chalkboard sign writing while working in pubs as an art student in Coventry. Upon graduating from my bachelor's degree in Illustration & Animation, I fell into the trap of feeling the need to get a 'proper job', believing that pursuing something creative would not give me a sufficient income.

Fast forward ten years, having built a career in corporate marketing / graphic design within the life sciences sector, an unexpected redundancy pushed me into a space that provided me with enough temporary financial security to reconsider my career path. It took little-to-no time to find myself becoming really excited about the possibility of reconnecting with my artistic passions - although I do sometimes miss having at least some clothes that aren't covered in paint!
