One-Off Window Mural Pricing
Window mural pricing is dependent on a lot of different factors, such illustration style, text, coverage, complexity, and the size and number of windows to be painted. Other factors include well as things like paints, materials and physical distance from site - so it is tricky to set flat rates.
Example Window Mural Rate - Sports Season Portrait
One large window (2m x 1m) with 60% coverage, painted on the outside of the window with a high complexity design (e.g., footballer kicking a ball, fans in scarves cheering, rugby tackle) will cost £300-£375 for design and installation, plus materials (roughly £50) and transport (TBD).

Why should I invest in a window mural?
Window murals gain a lot of earned media for the brand/venue; passers by will often take selfies with the artwork during and after installation and share photos with friends. Window murals generate visibility and often prove to be of equal or more value than paid social media marketing campaigns.
How long does a window mural last?
I use high quality emulsion paint, which is weatherproof and remains in tact until intentional removal. Murals are subject to wear and tear, just like any sign or poster in public spaces - however, a window mural can stay looking fresh for 6 months (or even longer!) I will discuss this with you upon consultation.
What subject matter do you specialise in?
I specialise in painting people and animals - the style I consider myself to excel at is realism - however I work across many different styles and adapt to brand needs.
Inside or outside?
This entirely depends on preference, style of imagery, and physical accessibility in front of and behind the window.
What about removal?
Artwork removal is included in my subscription window mural packages during the next visit, but is not included in quotes for one-off pieces unless specifically requested. Artwork can be easily removed by the client by soaking the design with warm water and Windex cleaning spray, then scraping the paint off with a glass scraping tool.
How far will you travel?
I travel anywhere within London, Essex, and Hertfordshire, and include travel costs within my quotes. Jobs that are further out will be considered.
